€10M+, on-time and on-budget across Cloud/SaaS (AWS) and
on-premise, with +20% service revenue through account
expansion and new engagement models.
Directed transformation programmes across EMEA and US
Digital transformation and cloud migration in auto-finance and lending, teams of
30-60: greenfield SaaS implementations, legacy-to-cloud
upgrades, front-office (originations) and back-office (contract management)
deployments - for two of the top-5 European auto manufacturers
and leading DACH / UK banks.
Built a PMO from scratch at a Shell joint venture
Established and scaled the IT PMO and portfolio governance at Salym Petroleum
(Royal Dutch Shell JV): 30+ concurrent implementations
governed on a €2M portfolio, with delivery discipline that outlived my tenure.
